Which social media platforms are supported?
We support 15 platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, GitHub, Threads, Telegram, Spotify, Snapchat, Discord, Pinterest, Reddit, and Twitch. You can also paste any full profile URL directly.
Can I use a full URL instead of just a username?
Yes. You can enter either your username (e.g., @johndoe) or paste the full profile URL. If you enter just a username, we automatically generate the correct URL for the selected platform.
Can I put multiple social profiles in one QR code?
Each QR code links to one profile. For multiple profiles, consider creating a simple link-in-bio page and generating a URL QR code pointing to it, or create separate QR codes for each platform.
Will the QR code open the app or the website?
It depends on the user's device. If the platform's mobile app is installed, most platforms intercept their own URLs and open the app directly. If not, the link opens in a browser. You can't force one or the other — that decision is made by the user's operating system.
Can I style the QR code with my brand colors?
Yes. Use the Style tab to set your foreground colour, background colour, and gradient. You can also pick a template that matches your brand mood (Ocean, Sunset, Royal, etc.) or upload your logo as a centre overlay. All customization is free with no watermark.
Will the QR code still work if I change my username?
No. The QR code encodes the exact profile URL at the moment of generation. If you change your username, the encoded URL will 404. Either reprint with the new URL, or set a redirect from the old username at the platform level if it offers one (some platforms hold the old handle in reserve for a few months after a change).
Are there any platforms you don't support?
We cover the 15 most-scanned platforms. If you need a platform we don't list (BlueSky, Mastodon, VK, Weibo, etc.), use the URL QR code type instead and paste your full profile link. The result is identical — the social-media type is just a convenience that builds the URL for you.
